Key Responsibilities
- Rigging and De-rigging of various engine types, including:
- Pratt & Whitney GTF PW1100G-JM
- Pratt & Whitney PW4000 series (PW40xx / PW41xx / PW4168)
- CFM International LEAP 1B
- CFM International CFM 56 series (CFM56-5B / CFM56-7B)
- Perform final engine test runs of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
- Timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
- Documentation of activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
- Continuous improvement of executed processes to enhance quality and reduce production costs.
- Work in two shifts.
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (Polymechanics, machine mechanics, automobile mechanics, or equivalent).
- 2 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
- Open-minded, dedicated team player.
- High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Minimum English level of B1+, with German language skills being a plus.
