We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead the CSP Foundation (CSPF) in its next stage of growth. This position is available immediately and plays a pivotal role in shaping a world where private wealth is harnessed for positive social impact.

About CSP

Founded in 2015 by Dr. Falko Paetzold, the Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth has evolved into a global platform, collaborating with renowned institutions across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and EMEA. With the establishment of the CSP Foundation in Zurich in 2025, we now operate under a structure that fosters innovation and collaboration on a global scale.

Your Responsibilities

As the Managing Director of CSPF, your key responsibilities will include:

• Translating the board-adopted strategy into actionable priorities and measuring progress against shared global CSP KPIs.
• Overseeing core programs, particularly the Next Gen and Family Office initiatives, ensuring engagement with qualified ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutions.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy by nurturing relationships with donors and philanthropic partners.
• Building and engaging with CSP's global alumni community and networks to enhance support for our strategic initiatives.
• Enhancing CSP's external presence and relationships with academic institutions, industry leaders, and ecosystem actors.
• Leading and developing the local team, fostering a high-performance, mission-driven culture.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

• Several years of experience in building or managing high-performing social enterprises.
• A solid track record in progressive fundraising, including securing major gifts.
• Experience in shaping organizational or program strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Exceptional communication skills for building relationships and representing CSP effectively.
• A network in sustainable finance or impact investing is highly desirable, with insights into family offices and philanthropic decision-making.
• A strategic mindset coupled with strong execution capabilities, demonstrating ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to lead with integrity and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
