As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients within the Financial Services industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing dedicated support for transactions in various contexts, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and structured investments.
- Engaging in buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance, and vendor due diligence, along with deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.
- Collaborating with experts to quickly grasp the client’s business challenges and communicating your findings effectively to deliver high-quality reports.
- Working in a diversified, international environment that encompasses multiple areas of expertise.
- Teaming up with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable professionals.
Your Skill Set
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree, with a background in finance (CPA or CFA preferred).
- A deep understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in line with internationally recognized standards.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in financial due diligence and transaction-related services specifically within the Financial Services sector.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- An energetic and proactive approach, with the ability to empathize with both clients and colleagues.
- A strong commitment to delivering value to clients while demonstrating flexibility for business travel as necessary.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and additional analytical software tools (e.g., PowerBI, Alteryx) for effective data analysis and presentation.
