This role offers the chance to engage in various aspects of buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance, vendor due diligence, and deal negotiation support for corporate and private equity clients.

You will collaborate with experts to quickly grasp the intricacies of the client's business, articulate your insights, and deliver high-quality reports that reflect a deep understanding of their needs.

Your Skill Set

• A bachelor's or master's degree, complemented by a background in finance (CPA or CFA preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting standards recognized internationally.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years of financial due diligence and transaction-related services within the Financial Services sector.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Energetic and proactive, with the ability to empathize with clients and staff while delivering exceptional value.
• Flexible and willing to undertake business travel for client assignments or related matters.
• Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and various analytical software tools (e.g., PowerBI, Alteryx) for efficient data analysis and presentation.
