• Lead and mentor teams on complex ServiceNow implementations, setting the strategic direction and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Advise C-level executives and stakeholders on enterprise-wide transformation strategies and digital roadmaps.
• Design enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency, automation, and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive end-to-end transformation programs - from discovery and strategy through design, implementation, and optimization.
• Build client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on their most critical business challenges.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, sharing your expertise and building the next generation of ServiceNow leaders.
• Innovate with emerging technologies and best practices, positioning clients at the forefront of digital transformation.

Who Are We Looking For?

Must-Have:

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with proven expertise across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Workflow, or similar).
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certification (e.g., Certified Application Developer with extensive platform expertise).
• Demonstrated consulting skills and experience, successfully leading client engagements, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering transformational outcomes.
• Fluent in German and English, able to communicate confidently with German-speaking and international clients at all levels.
• Functional and technical expertise to understand both business requirements and technical architecture, bridging the gap between strategy and implementation.
• Business analyst and architect mindset, thinking strategically about enterprise processes, system integration, and long-term value creation.

Nice-to-Have (but very welcome):

• Deep understanding of IT, particularly IT Service Management, ITIL best practices, and enterprise IT architecture.
• Specialized industry knowledge (e.g., Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Public Sector).
• Public speaking and thought leadership experience in presenting at conferences, writing articles, or contributing to industry discussions.
