As an ICT System Engineer, you will plan, implement, and operate modern IT infrastructure solutions with a focus on Alcatel OXE. Your role involves developing solution concepts, creating technical documentation, and supporting demanding environments both on-site and remotely. Additionally, you will be responsible for Managed Services, providing 3rd-level support, and collaborating closely with project management and account management.
You have completed IT training and ideally pursued further education at the HF, FH, or university level. With a minimum of five years of experience in a service-oriented IT environment, you possess in-depth knowledge in key areas such as Microsoft Server, Alcatel OXE, virtualization, and Azure. Proficiency in both German and English, along with a self-reliant and customer-oriented work style, complements your skill set.
