As a Trainee in the Central Consulting team, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff to support internal operations, strategic initiatives, and engagement efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in communications, event management, and business operations while gaining visibility with senior practitioners and leadership teams.
You are currently completing your university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field such as marketing, economics, business administration, or engineering. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with teams across different business areas. You have strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data organization, allowing you to create impactful presentations and track key initiatives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on high-visibility projects that require coordination across different levels of the organization. You are fluent in German and English.
