Our Swiss market-leading Deal Transformation and Post-Merger Integration Team advises Swiss corporate and mid-market clients on generating and creating value from their Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Carve-outs. With a dedicated team of experts, we deliver integration and separation advisory services, leading complex engagements with our clients while deploying deep functional expertise in finance, human resources, commercial, supply chain, and technology. At Deloitte, we support our clients with end-to-end M&A advisory, collaborating closely with our colleagues in transaction services, valuations, and corporate finance. As part of the Strategy, Risk, and Transactions Business Line, we work together with our Strategy, Sustainability, Regulatory, and Forensics and Technology peers to ensure a seamless and value-driven approach to transactions.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • M&A Integration and Separation Leadership: Bring a forward-looking approach and tailored methodologies to lead complex M&A separations and integrations.
  • M&A Value Creation: Perform and oversee operational and financial analysis to support the assessment of merger synergies, the complexities of carve-outs, and the performance improvement potential of buyouts and corporate divestments.
  • Exceptional Client Service: Advise clients across Deloitte's offerings, building and maintaining strong relationships while leading engagement teams to deliver exceptional client service with adherence to quality and robust methodology.
  • C-Suite Intimacy: Develop your ability to lead conversations with client CXOs, articulating ideas into tangible solutions, becoming the client's go-to contact for delivery transformation.
  • Project Scope and Delivery: Define, plan, resource, and execute project scope; manage expectations and timelines with clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Inspire and guide team members to achieve their full potential, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in project execution.
  • Analytical and AI Solutions: Provide strategic insights and advice while deploying advanced analytical and AI solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude; highly motivated to lead and grow, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities focused on strategic decision-making and attention to detail, alongside the ability to simplify complex concepts, create executive-level narratives, and synthesize value effectively.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree from top-tier universities with exceptional academic marks.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant M&A experience in consulting or industry roles, with experience in one of the main Swiss industries, such as financial services, life sciences, consumer, and/or industrials.
  • Strong acumen for project and stakeholder management, with high-quality skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive storytelling.
  • Aptitude with AI technologies and a keen interest in embedding AI solutions into our offerings to enhance client outcomes and drive innovation.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in an international community. Proficiency in German or French is desired.
