What You Will Be Doing
- Drive development: further develop the Evatec Academy and create sustainable learning solutions.
- Build learning concepts: design new training formats, learning journeys, and knowledge management approaches.
- Advance digital learning: implement and optimize digital learning solutions, eLearning content, and LMS-based programs.
- Connect expertise: engage internal subject matter experts and establish effective knowledge transfer structures.
- Lead transformation: turn strategic ideas into practical initiatives and support the organization in becoming a learning company.
What You Should Bring
- Relevant experience: ideally 5 to 10 years in learning, training, academy, or talent development environments.
- Growth mindset: ready for the next career step and eager to take ownership of an important strategic topic.
- Digital learning expertise: understanding of modern learning approaches, eLearning solutions, and ideally Learning Management Systems.
- Stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and gain support for new initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial approach: combining strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and driving topics independently.
