Your Missions
- Program and configure wire electroerosion and water jet micro-cutting equipment.
- Prepare the machines, tools, and materials necessary for production.
- Define and optimize parameters and cutting conditions.
- Initiate productions and ensure technical follow-up.
- Manufacture complex and high-precision mechanical components.
- Control the dimensional and qualitative compliance of produced parts.
- Analyze discrepancies or challenges encountered during production and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in the enhancement of programs, methods, and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure the responsible use of equipment and contribute to routine maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with production, methods, and quality teams.
Your Profile
- Degree as a Technician in Mechanical Engineering, Micromechanics, Production Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in programming and operating high-precision cutting machines.
- Proficiency or strong knowledge of wire electroerosion.
- Experience in water jet cutting or micro-cutting is a significant advantage.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, tolerances, and dimensional requirements.
- Ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing conditions.
- Demonstrated autonomy, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proactive mentality and problem-solving orientation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to varied production requirements.
- Experience in a micromechanical, watchmaking, or precision industrial environment is appreciated.
