Job Title: Logistics Coordinator - Maternity Cover (9 Months)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support incoming and outgoing orders for the warehouse, including distribution and mail dispatch tasks.
- Organize various shipments to designated areas.
- Coordinate with transport providers, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and timelines.
- Support physical warehouse operations and execute day-to-day tasks.
- Independently package event shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by executing regular stock counts.
- Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting goods for damage, and updating the internal warehouse system accordingly.
- Assist with the organization of returned items, including inspection and restocking where appropriate.
- Maintain all machines in the warehouse.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Coordinate incoming post, digitally dispatching where necessary and physically distributing to mail pigeonholes.
- Drive to other FIFA buildings once per week to distribute and collect mail.
- Support other functional areas of Campus Hospitality & Logistics as needed.

Education & Qualifications
- Commercial Apprenticeship in Logistics (Logistiker EFZ).
- Fluency in English and German.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Good knowledge of logistics systems.
- Driving license is required.
- Willingness to undertake stand-by duties as needed.
