Are you ready to play a critical role in safeguarding pharmaceutical quality while driving compliance across global supply chains? Proclinical is seeking a Quality Assurance Logistic Specialist to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this position, you will ensure the verification of incoming materials and oversee qualification processes that align with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.

As a key player in maintaining compliance, you will manage raw material data and ensure timely escalation of risks or issues. This is an onsite position that requires a strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality management systems. Please note that only applications matching the job profile will be considered. Responsibilities

• Perform verification of incoming materials according to established procedures.
• Establish and maintain SOPs and systems for raw material suppliers.
• Oversee the qualification of materials used in manufacturing, including physical verification and release in LIMS.
• Manage change notifications and quality alerts from the network and raw material suppliers.
• Handle deviations and changes associated with materials.
• Collect and organize KPIs related to material qualification and release services.
• Escalate critical quality issues promptly while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality management systems.
• Familiarity with quality systems such as SAP and LIMS.
• Experience managing quality tools, including deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
