Local Change Management Lead - ASPIRE
Roche Switzerland bridges the gap between pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, with essential research and development functions located in Basel. We are currently seeking a Local Change Management Lead for our long-term client, F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG.
ASPIRE Organizational Change Management
Background:
ASPIRE is a company-wide transformation program at Roche aimed at delivering best-in-suite, user-centric digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Central to ASPIRE is the One Roche Enterprise, which will shape the future of our enterprise landscape. This initiative co-creates a harmonized process house across Roche, with SAP S/4HANA at its core. This technology will replace existing, outdated local and regional SAP systems. By following a standardized approach within SAP, which is accessible to all Roche entities globally, our core business processes will become more integrated, simplified, harmonized, and scalable.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Oversee local OCM, communication, and training activities.
- Manage local stakeholder assessments and impact analyses.
- Conduct local organizational impact analysis and develop change plans.
- Coordinate stakeholder-specific activities in conjunction with communications and training.
- Ensure local resources are in place to manage OCM activities effectively.
- Execute OCM activities on a local level with hands-on resources.
- Implement activities from OCM plans to prepare the organization for change.
- Utilize the OCM plan and templates provided in the deployment toolkit or equivalent to guide the organization through the change process.
- Monitor organizational alignment and workforce transition as needed.
- Regularly assess status and provide feedback to the Wave OCM team.
- Be responsible for the completion of local deliverables within the toolkit.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related specialization.
- 3-6 years of experience in OCM for ERP/SAP implementation projects or transformations in support organizations, with a proven track record in an OCM Manager delivery role.
- Experience leading or playing a significant role in large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle phases.
- A positive personality with a can-do attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in overcoming challenges and change resistance.
- Stakeholder management experience in a large corporate environment.
- Fluent in English (C1) and German (C1), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to deliver solutions through networks of communities and change agents.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience with Roche or Group Informatics is preferred.
- Experience in large IT Service Management projects.
- Knowledge of SAP and S/4HANA.
