Lead SAP Business Solution Architect / Logistics

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Lead SAP Business Solution Architect with a focus on logistics. We are looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible on a freelance B2B contract. The position is remote with occasional travel required, and fluency in both English and German is essential.
Project Details

- Initial Contract: Until the end of January 2027 for a discovery period, with potential for extension on long-term projects
- Remote with occasional business trips: Up to 1 per month to the client's office in southern Bavaria
- Contract Type: B2B
- Language Requirements: Fluent in both English and German (FLUENT GERMAN IS A MUST)
Requirements
- Ability to identify O2C/P2P-related business opportunities and solution gaps, as well as develop closure options.
- Capability to present SAP features and innovations tailored to meet potential customer needs in the O2C/P2P domain.
- Experience in O2C/P2P business architecture development with knowledge of related business processes, SAP solutions, and delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA functionalities, particularly in Sales and Condition Contract Management.
- High-level understanding of sales forecasting, demand planning, sales & operations planning, strategic sourcing, and distribution strategies.
- Knowledge of sales-related processes.
- Ability to align and communicate effectively with both customer IT and business organizations.
