Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Agentic AI Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Agentic AI Developer for our long-term client, with a focus on enhancing AI-driven automation within the ServiceNow platform. Your primary responsibility will be to extend existing AI agents and implement various automation features such as autonomous incident resolution, request fulfillment, intelligent routing, and CMDB data quality automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Agentic AI as part of a ServiceNow AI project.
• Build and maintain AI agents in AI Agent Studio, including agent definitions, tools, guardrails, exception paths, and audit trails.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
• Develop the backend automation for the agents executed through Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub spokes (Intune, AD, Egnyte, SAP interfaces), and scripted actions with verification and rollback.
• Extend autonomous coverage by progressing through the AI governance gate: human-confirmed first, followed by evidence and then autonomy.
• Work within an agile development environment, including creating and implementing user stories.
• Adhere to development and release processes.

Requirements:

• Experience or knowledge related to ServiceNow AI projects.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, scripting, and ACLs); CSA certified and CAD certified.
• Proven ability to implement Agentic AI solutions.
• Knowledge of or experience working with the ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist and AI Agent Studio, or demonstrable equivalent in agentic AI delivery.
• Integration experience with the Microsoft endpoint and identity stack (Intune, Active Directory / Entra ID).
• Nice to have: exposure to AI governance tooling (AI Control Tower).
