Job Opportunity: SAP HCM Consultant (Time Management & Payroll)
We are seeking a talented SAP HCM Consultant with a specialization in Time Management (PT) and Payroll (PY) to support a significant Greenfield transformation from ECC to S/4HANA for our esteemed client. This role focuses on ensuring quality assurance and providing essential support leading up to the Go-Live in January, including a Hypercare phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and ensure the quality of existing HCM configurations and implementations.
- Review collective agreements and payroll-related regulations in HCM-PT and HCM-PY.
- Perform hands-on customizing and optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with various departments.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with SAP HCM (PT and PY).
- Familiarity with collective agreements, preferably in the public sector.
- Experience with S/4HANA Greenfield transformations.
Project Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months (with extension options)
- Workload: 2-3 days/week
- Location: Primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence in NRW preferred
- Language: German
