Position: Lead Producer / Product Owner
The Lead Producer / Product Owner is responsible for ensuring that our product reaches its fullest potential. You will work closely with the Head of Development to clarify the requirements for its development.
Responsibilities:
- Own the production strategy, overseeing planning, prioritizing, and scoping.
- Collaborate with product engineers and producers to plan and implement new developments.
- Develop specifications for new game features and technologies in consultation with the team.
- Coordinate testing efforts among software engineers and artists, guiding an iterative process.
- Stay informed about market trends and engage with our fan base.
- Address all product-related inquiries regarding gameplay, usability, user interface, and more.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
- Proven experience in designing successfully marketed products.
- Proficiency in German and English (B2 level at a minimum).
Preferences:
- Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Previous experience in the video game industry.
- A proven track record of successful game design.
