We are representing a renowned law firm based in Liechtenstein, seeking an experienced and competent lawyer to join their team.
Your Tasks
- Provide legal advice and representation for clients in complex proceedings and issues related to civil, criminal, administrative, and constitutional law.
- Offer direct support and consultation for both national and international clients.
- Assist with corporate law projects, including restructuring and mergers.
- Conduct due diligence reviews.
- Prepare legal assessments, expert opinions, and statements.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external specialists.
Your Profile
- Completed law degree.
- Admission to practice as a lawyer in Liechtenstein (bar exam).
- Several years of professional experience as a lawyer.
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex issues, understand economic contexts, and adopt solution-oriented approaches.
- Independent working style coupled with a high level of responsibility and professionalism towards clients.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork, along with direct client contact.
