How You Can Make an Impact

• Provide high-quality legal advice to our clients across a wide range of industries on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and joint ventures.
• Play a key role in executing end-to-end M&A engagements by coordinating complex transactions with clients, involved Deloitte service lines, and external parties.
• Participate in various projects driven by other Deloitte service lines and gain insights into our multidisciplinary approach.
• Contribute to the growth of our Deloitte Legal team and help further shape and develop our transactional services in the market.
• Engage in a clear, long-term career path with access to a professional training curriculum.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are admitted to the bar in Switzerland or Germany and ideally possess academic or professional experience gained abroad.
• You have 3-5 years of post-bar admission experience in transactional matters at a traditional law firm, professional services firm, or as an in-house lawyer in a multinational firm.
• You exhibit a "can do" and client/solution-oriented attitude, alongside the ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• You can take project ownership, analyze complex problems, develop and communicate solution options, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding advisory environment.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with an affinity for innovation and technology-enabled legal services.
• You are a communicative and resilient individual with a high level of self-initiative and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• You communicate fluently in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
