How You Can Make an Impact

• Provide high-quality legal advice to our clients across a wide range of industries on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, joint ventures, as well as post-transaction reorganisation and integration engagements.
• Play a key role in executing end-to-end M&A engagements, collaborating with financial advisory, tax, consulting, and other Deloitte service lines, while coordinating complex transactions with clients and external parties.
• Participate in various projects driven by other Deloitte service lines and gain insights into our multidisciplinary way of working.
• Be an integral part of our growing Deloitte Legal team and help further shape and develop our transactional services in the market.
• Engage in a clear, long-term career path alongside a professional training curriculum.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are admitted to the bar in Switzerland or Germany and ideally possess academic or professional experience gained abroad.
• You bring 3-5 years of post-bar admission experience in transactional matters from a traditional law firm, a professional services firm, or as an in-house lawyer in a multinational firm.
• You have a “can do” and client/solution-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate and interact smoothly with diverse individuals.
• You are capable of taking project ownership, analyzing complex problems, and developing and communicating solution options while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• With an entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset, you have an affinity for innovative technology-enabled legal services.
• You possess a communicative personality, high self-initiative, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• You communicate fluently in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
