How You Can Make an Impact

  • Provide high-quality legal advice to our clients across a wide range of industries on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and joint ventures.
  • Play a key role in executing end-to-end M&A engagements, coordinating complex transactions with clients, Deloitte service lines, and external parties.
  • Participate in various projects driven by other Deloitte service lines and gain insights into our multidisciplinary way of working.
  • Be an important part of our growing Deloitte Legal team and help shape and develop our transactional services in the market.
  • Engage in a clear, long-term career path with a professional training curriculum.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Admitted to the bar in Switzerland or Germany, with academic or professional experience ideally gained abroad.
  • Possess 3-5 years of post-bar-admission experience in transactional matters, gained in a traditional law firm, a professional services firm, or as an in-house lawyer in a multinational firm.
  • Exhibit a “can do” and client/solution-oriented attitude and have the ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate project ownership capability, with a knack for analyzing complex problems and developing solution options.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial, pragmatic mindset and an affinity for innovation and technology-enabled legal services.
  • Have a communicative and resilient personality, a high level of self-initiative, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Communicate fluently in German and English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage.
