Job Description
We aspire to lead in immunology across international markets, with Remibrutinib at the forefront of our initiatives. The Director International, Remibrutinib, plays a crucial role in developing and executing the comprehensive brand strategy for Remibrutinib across major international markets. This position is an integral part of the International commercial team, collaborating closely with key markets, namely Germany, Japan, and China, to ensure the successful launch and growth of Remibrutinib, including associated indications.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with International Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Customer & Market Activation teams, driving the consistent development and execution of our brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, including product positioning, differentiation, and scientific messaging to maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate with launch teams in the top three countries (China, Japan, and Germany) to develop robust strategic plans, ensuring precise execution and performance measurement.
- Integrate feedback from countries and regions to refine and enhance brand strategies as well as specific projects and deliverables.
- Analyze market trends and conduct market research, gaining insights from customers to understand market dynamics and competition, utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
- Advance Remibrutinib International Commercialization Excellence (ICE) initiatives, promoting best practices in customer engagement strategies.
Essential Requirements
- Over 10 years of commercial experience across various functions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the commercial landscape.
- Proven track record of successful product launches with commercial expertise in core markets.
- Marketing experience in immunology, with a focus on working with dermatologists and allergists.
- A collaborative team player with experience in high-performing brands or markets, well-versed in key drivers influencing customer and patient behaviors for successful asset launches.
- Strong experience in cross-unit and cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic and performance goals.
