• Cultivate and maintain mammalian cell lines, encompassing amplification, banking, quality control, and characterization of various cell lines.
• Isolate and culture primary human cells (e.g., isolation of PBMCs, NK cells, or T cells).
• Perform and analyze immuno-oncology in vitro assays for the characterization of novel biological candidates, including but not limited to:
• Analyze experimental data using appropriate software (e.g., FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, Excel, JMP) and document results in laboratory notebooks promptly.
• Write detailed protocols and contribute to internal documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Present experimental results in English during regular team meetings.
• Assist with general laboratory maintenance, which includes equipment upkeep, reagent preparation, and ordering supplies.
• Adhere to all safety and HSE guidelines.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support project and departmental goals.
