About the Role

As a Junior Sport Project Manager, you will play a cross-functional role, supporting event coordination, sports diplomacy, and handling essential financial reporting. You will work in a startup-style environment directly assisting the leadership team. This comprehensive and exciting junior role is ideal for immersing yourself in sports governance, event coordination, and providing operational support alongside leadership and international sports federations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international events and professional congresses.
  • Support sports diplomacy initiatives and ecosystem synergies.
  • Create engaging visual presentations using PowerPoint or Canva.
  • Manage analytical accounting data and coordinate with the fiduciary.
  • Perform monthly budget reviews and generate analytical reports.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Offer punctual hands-on support during key events (occasionally on evenings or weekends).

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A University degree or HES (UNIL Sports/Sports Management, HEC, EHL, HEIG-VD, or equivalent).
  • Fluency in French and English (German is a plus).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva and comfort with Excel (data manipulation, basic analytical thinking).
