About the Role

As a Junior Sport Project Manager, you will play a cross-functional role supporting event coordination and sports diplomacy while managing essential financial reporting. You will thrive in a startup-style environment, directly assisting the leadership team.

Work Tasks

This role combines operational project support, creative communication tasks, and analytical financial management within the international sports sector. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating international events and professional congresses
• Supporting sports diplomacy initiatives and ecosystem synergies
• Creating engaging visual presentations using PowerPoint or Canva
• Managing analytical accounting data and coordinating with the fiduciary
• Performing monthly budget reviews and generating analytical reports
• Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Offering punctual hands-on support during key events (occasionally on evenings or weekends)

We Are Looking For

• A university degree or HES (e.g., UNIL Sports/Sports Management, HEC, EHL, HEIG-VD, or equivalent)
• Fluency in French and English (German is a plus)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva and comfort with Excel (data manipulation, basic analytical thinking)
