As a Junior Sport Project Manager, you will play a vital cross-functional role supporting event coordination and sports diplomacy, while also managing essential financial reporting. You will work in a dynamic startup-style environment, directly assisting the leadership team.

Work Tasks

This role combines operational project support, creative communication tasks, and analytical financial management within the international sports sector.

  • Coordinate international events and professional congresses
  • Support sports diplomacy initiatives and ecosystem synergies
  • Create engaging visual presentations using PowerPoint or Canva
  • Manage analytical accounting data and coordinate with the fiduciary
  • Perform monthly budget reviews and generate analytical reports
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide punctual hands-on support during key events (occasionally on evenings or weekends)

We Are Looking For

  • University degree or HES (UNIL Sports/Sports Management, HEC, EHL, HEIG-VD, or equivalent)
  • Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva and comfort with Excel (data manipulation, basic analytical thinking)
  • Proactive mindset
  • Team player with multitasking abilities
  • Strong motivation for the sports ecosystem
  • Intellectually curious
