Job Purpose
The Investor Relations (IR) Manager will play a critical role in supporting the maintenance of our relationships with global investors and shaping our IR strategy and capital markets image. You will join an international, entrepreneurial platform dedicated to delivering long-term value for shareholders and investors of a global leader focused on the innovation and commercialization of renewable fuels and green molecules.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive IR strategy that aligns with our global development goals.
- Enable effective communication with the investor community and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Maintain open lines of communication with sell-side analysts and other capital market stakeholders.
- Prepare IR materials, including investor presentations and related documents.
- Coordinate investor communication activities, such as roadshows and meetings.
- Monitor capital market dynamics and industry trends.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Previous experience in Investor Relations, preferably at a publicly listed corporation; a background in investment banking or finance is a plus.
- Familiarity with listing rules and disclosure requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully maintaining relationships with investors.
- Strong communicator with the ability to lead discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to rapidly learn and effectively convey complex information to various audiences.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg.
