Key Responsibilities

As an intern in this role, you will become a valuable part of a motivated and diverse team within Lufthansa Group's Digital Commercial Solution department. You will be based in Zurich, actively collaborating with colleagues located in Frankfurt and Vienna. A structured, analytical, and technical mindset combined with a team-player attitude is essential.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of Quarterly Business Review meetings with IT service providers.
Develop dashboards and provide regular reports on solutions managed by the team.
Support the organization of ideation processes and alignment of roadmaps, as well as preparation for agile ceremonies.
Facilitate operational activities, including monitoring change requests, tracking bugs, and assessing industry benchmarks.
Participate as an assistant project manager in major projects.
Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our team chatbot.
Oversee newsletter creation and coordinate content production.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
Excellent MS Office 360 skills (TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills.
Highly structured, organized, and proactive.
Ability to quickly grasp interconnections in a complex environment.
Technically curious and enthusiastic about the airline industry.
Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Methodology is highly appreciated.
Very good spoken and written English skills.
