Location: Lutterworth | Salary: £35,000-£40,000 | Contract: 3-Month FTC | Start: Immediate

W Talent is excited to support a successful organization in the appointment of an Interim Procurement Enablement Specialist, with an immediate start opportunity. This is a hands-on role dedicated to enhancing our procurement function. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier data, overseeing spend administration, and generating reports while utilizing procurement systems.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commercial mindset are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage vendor master data
• Administer credit card spend and reporting
• Support travel bookings and associated reporting
• Track savings and perform procurement reporting
• Facilitate Docusign and procurement administration
• Support the wider Sourcing and SRM teams

• Strong procurement or commercial administration experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence in managing competing priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge stakeholders
• A proactive, commercially-minded approach
