We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will perform cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas, consistently providing professional, friendly, and engaging service. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining housekeeping departmental standards and responding promptly to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas.
- Ensure adherence to housekeeping departmental standards.
- Maintain inventory of necessary cleaning supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues as needed.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assist other departments when necessary to enhance guest service.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Housekeeper Qualifications / Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Residency in Switzerland is required.
- Previous housekeeping experience is mandatory.
- Experience in the Switzerland hotel industry is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
