We are seeking dedicated and professional Housekeepers to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for performing cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas while consistently providing friendly and engaging service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas.
- Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
- Respond timely to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
- Report necessary maintenance items.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Perform additional duties as required.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a must.
- Experience in the Switzerland Hotel Industry is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
