Job Description
The role of Housekeeper involves a variety of essential cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas. Our ideal candidate consistently delivers professional, friendly, and engaging service while upholding the highest housekeeping departmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas.
- Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items, such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
- Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies and report any maintenance items needed.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures, including all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assist other departments as required to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is required.
- Experience in the Swiss hotel industry is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
