Your Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional care to residents, aligning with their individual needs while utilizing concepts such as Basic Stimulation, Kinesiology, Validation, and Palliative Care.
- Take daily responsibility within your area of expertise, collaborating closely with the care team and other professional groups.
- Support trainees by sharing your knowledge, recalling your own journey when you were starting out.
- Manage housekeeping and administrative tasks, ensuring meticulous documentation so that colleagues are well-informed during shift changes.
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified health professional (EFZ); foreign qualifications must have corresponding Swiss recognition.
- Initial professional experience in long-term care.
- A respectful and warm approach to elderly individuals.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and quick comprehension.
- Ability to contribute ideas, engage in discussions, and seek clarification when needed.
- A commitment to teamwork.
