Your Responsibilities

• Care and support of patients with varying levels of need
• Support of licensed nursing staff in diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Implementation of individual care plans while considering patients' autonomy
• Promotion of patients' physical and mental health through activation measures
• Participation in interdisciplinary meetings for case planning
• Documentation of nursing actions and adjustment of treatment strategies

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Health Professional EFZ
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient nursing is an advantage
• Flexibility and openness to various fields of application
• Enjoyment of independent and responsible work
• Excellent German language skills
