Job Overview

In this strategic leadership role, you will drive pricing, margin, and portfolio performance, influence enterprise-wide decisions, and unlock value across our global network. This position is part of the Solutions business (SolCo) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). It represents one of two standalone entities to be created from ANH as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global commercial strategy and performance steering of the Premix portfolio, driving sustainable value creation and profitability.
  • Own global pricing governance, reference pricing, and margin management to strengthen commercial discipline and reduce value leakage.
  • Act as the global arbitrator between Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize value across the network.
  • Drive portfolio optimization and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, performance transparency, and AI-enabled insights.
  • Optimize the commercial performance of Strategic Ingredients by balancing sourcing, allocation, internal use, and resale opportunities.
  • Influence a global team while fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

You Bring

  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, portfolio management, business performance, and value optimization.
  • The ability to translate complex data into actionable business decisions and strategic recommendations.
  • A deep understanding of margin management, supplier economics, and value chain dynamics.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead across functions, cultures, and regions.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on collaboration, change, and continuous improvement.
  • A master's degree or equivalent and extensive experience in commercial performance management, strategy, pricing, or portfolio leadership.
