Your Responsibilities

• Lead the internal IT team and coordinate external IT partners, establishing clear priorities, responsibilities, and efficient workflows.
• Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives and the broader group framework.
• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT services across offices, remote employees, and the entire ship fleet.
• Oversee external providers, contracts, and SLAs to ensure quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Prioritize and drive IT projects, technology implementations, and digitalization initiatives within the organization.
• Enforce security standards, data protection, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Manage the IT budget, ensuring technology investments yield sustainable business value.
• Advise management and key stakeholders on technology, digitalization, IT risks, and future business necessities.
• Identify opportunities for improving technology, processes, efficiency, and the digital experience for employees and guests.

Specific Requirements

• Coordinate IT operations across offices and the ship fleet, ensuring reliable services and effective escalation management.
• Act as the central interface between management, internal users, shipboard teams, Group IT, and external providers.
• Establish and monitor IT service standards, KPIs, and SLAs, ensuring agreed service levels are consistently met.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and rollout of IT solutions from requirements gathering to user adoption.
• Ensure effective cybersecurity, access management, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, subscriptions, and contracts, ensuring efficient utilization and cost control.
• Prepare and monitor IT budgets, forecasts, and investment proposals, providing transparent reporting to management.
• Ensure IT solutions are scalable and future-ready, supporting ongoing business and fleet growth.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization and process improvement, translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an asset.
