Responsibilities

As the Head of Digital Assets - Executive Director, you will lead and develop the Digital Assets business. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving strategic development, commercial growth, and operational oversight.
• Building relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, family offices, and financial intermediaries.
• Identifying new business opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships.
• Advising institutional clients on investment solutions and supporting complex transactions.
• Representing the organization at client meetings and industry events.
• Leading the Digital Assets roadmap to enhance offerings across custody, trading, staking, lending, and tokenization.
• Collaborating closely with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to support business activities and manage risks.
• Ensuring compliance with the FINMA regulatory framework.
• Promoting Digital Assets expertise throughout the organization by supporting Relationship Managers and sharing valuable market insights.

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A university degree (Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services.
• Expertise in Digital Assets, Crypto Markets, or Blockchain.
• Excellent knowledge of institutional investors and Digital Assets custody, trading, and investment solutions.
• Strong skills in business development.
• Familiarity with FINMA regulations.
• Fluent in English.
