Your Role

We are looking for a visionary leader to oversee our Corporate Life & Pensions business on a global scale. Reporting directly to the CEO of Life Protection, you will be responsible for the end-to-end P&L and balance sheet performance across key business areas, with a broader commitment to accelerating growth within our domestic businesses globally. The emphasis will be on delivering profitable, sustainable growth through innovative customer propositions and excellence in distribution management.

What You Will Do

• Take full end-to-end P&L and balance sheet accountability for key businesses in Zurich’s global portfolio, aiming to drive profitable, sustainable growth through leading customer propositions and exemplary distribution management.
• Oversee ZGEBS, one of the top 3 Global Employee Benefits businesses.
• Manage the International Markets business based out of the Isle of Man, maintaining leading positions in key markets.
• Guide Zurich Eurolife (Luxembourg), a premier provider of Employee Benefits solutions into Germany.
• Drive profitable growth across Zurich’s broader CLP business globally, collaborating with local business units.
• Develop and implement global propositions, solutions, and tools in partnership with local businesses.
• Manage and nurture global relationships with strategic partner Employee Benefits Consultants and Brokers to drive positive customer outcomes and growth.
• Oversee relationships with key global strategic customers, working closely with Zurich’s Commercial Insurance team.
• Establish thought leadership in Employee Benefits to enhance Zurich’s status as a global leader in this sector.
• Foster the development of enhanced skills and capabilities in Employee Benefits across Zurich globally.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in the Life Insurance sector, particularly in Employee Benefits.
• A proven track record of driving profitable business growth and managing significant P&L responsibilities.
• Strong collaboration skills with diverse internal and external stakeholders across a global organization.
• Experience in formulating long-term plans, strategies, and policies aimed at achieving sustainable profitability and growth at both country and segment levels.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
