Your Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and individual parts on schedule (PW1100G-JM).
• Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts.
• Request and execute engine modifications.
• Control executed modifications and configuration on single parts and assemblies.
• Complete assigned work on time while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
• Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety.
• Handle operating equipment with environmental responsibility.
• Measure control of assemblies in mounted condition.
• Ensure timely execution and independent self-review of performed orders.
• Document activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and implement defined actions in a timely manner.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
• Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA part 145/part 66.
• Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
• Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
• An open-minded and dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
• High awareness of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the English language (level B1); knowledge of German is a plus.
