Growth Marketing Manager – Marketplace & Commercial Performance

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive the expansion of an international food-tech marketplace business in France. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in marketplace, e-commerce trading, or e-merchandising, who will take hands-on responsibility for enhancing commercial performance through pricing, promotions, merchandising, and data analysis.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, this position provides a unique opportunity to significantly impact the growth of the French market within a dynamic international environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase orders and conversion.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and overall commercial performance.
• Develop and optimize pricing, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
• Enhance the visibility and performance of products, offers, or menus across digital platforms.
• Support launches and growth initiatives in the French market.
• Test new ideas, measure results, and continuously optimize performance.
• Collaborate closely with international Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in French and English.
• Over 4 years of experience in marketplace, e-commerce trading, e-merchandising, or a related commercial role.
• Hands-on experience in managing or optimizing pricing, promotions, assortment, menus, or marketplace merchandising.
• Proven ability to leverage commercial data to enhance orders, conversion rates, revenue, or average order value.
• Experience in the food delivery sector, marketplaces, QSR (quick-service restaurants), or high-volume e-commerce is particularly relevant.

What’s on Offer

• €40,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience.
• 39-hour working week with RTT.
