Global FSQR Project & Portfolio Manager (100%)

On behalf of our client, a global FMCG company, we are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic professional for a key position located in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.

Your Role

• Lead high-impact global FSQR (Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory) projects and transformational programs across regions and functions.
• Manage the project lifecycle: planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Build and steer cross-functional, cross-regional teams to deliver complex FSQR initiatives.
• Drive alignment between projects and the wider FSQR strategy and corporate vision.
• Oversee and optimize the FSQR project portfolio; report KPIs and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Develop projects focused on hygienic design and project-related risk management.
• Deliver change management for seamless global FSQR transitions.
• Act as an FSQR consultant on diverse global projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Train and develop FSQR teams globally, embedding quality into all phases of business project delivery.

Our Requirements

Education & Professional Background

• Master’s degree in Food Engineering or Food Science.
• 5+ years of experience in food safety, quality systems, and project/program management.
• Several years of management experience.
• Solid track record managing FSQR projects in multinational food industry environments.
• Expertise in Total Cost of Quality Management and hygienic design.
• Experience in performance management and continuous improvement.

• FSQR process development, compliance, and performance tracking.
• Advanced stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills.
• Change management across diverse cultures and time zones.
• Experience in creating digital tools for quality performance monitoring.
