What We're Looking For
- Technical knowledge of building operations and facilities is an advantage
- Independence and flexibility
- Able to prioritize, plan, and organize work in a busy environment
- High work performance
- Driving Licence B - Daily driving on-campus and off-campus for maintenance work is required
- Communicative knowledge of English; proficiency in German is a significant plus
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and light repairs
- Conduct regular landscaping on work premises
- Repair equipment or appliances as needed
- Provide daily support according to the Property department's needs
- Handle jobs, set up rooms, and perform various logistics work for events
- Carry out errands and provide driving services
- Complete various tasks as directed by the director, general director, Facility Management, and Senior Leadership Team
