The family is looking for a trustworthy, gentle, dynamic, and autonomous individual capable of providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for their children, while ensuring smooth daily organization.

Working Hours

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Days Off: Sunday and Monday

Occasional availability to accompany the family during trips or vacations may be appreciated, depending on needs and agreed terms.

Your Responsibilities

Childcare and Development

• Ensure daily care for the two children, focusing on their safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Respect the rhythms, routines, and specific needs of each child, especially the baby.
• Propose educational, creative, and playful activities that promote awakening, curiosity, and autonomy.
• Organize walks, outings, and activities suitable for their ages.
• Support the children in their various developmental stages with patience and kindness.

Daily Organization

• Prepare fresh, balanced meals suitable for the children, especially dinners.
• Ensure the organization of meals, naps, baths, and evening routines.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in living spaces and the children's belongings.
• Anticipate daily needs to ensure a calm environment.
• Ensure regular, clear, and discreet communication with the parents.

Desired Profile

We are looking for a professional with the following qualities:

• Solid and verifiable experience as a nanny in private family homes.
• Excellent experience with infants and young children.
• Recent and verifiable professional references are essential.
• Gentle, warm, patient, and naturally attentive personality.
• High reliability, punctuality, and sense of responsibility.
• Autonomy, organization, anticipation, and initiative.
• Very good cooking skills, especially for children.
• Absolute discretion and respect for the family's privacy.
• Ability to establish a lasting trust relationship with the parents.
• Residence in Geneva or nearby is highly appreciated.
• Non-smoker is imperative.

Training in early childhood and knowledge of pediatric first aid are assets.
