Nanny with Experience

Location: Geneva – 1204

Start Date: As soon as possible

Position: Permanent contract – 50% (20 hours per week)

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

BeeBoo is seeking an experienced, dynamic, attentive, and proactive nanny for a family based in Geneva to care for their 2-year-old daughter.

The child attends kindergarten on Tuesday to Friday mornings, and the nanny will take over each afternoon, providing quality care until the parents return home.

Key Responsibilities

The nanny will be responsible for:

• Taking care of the child after kindergarten.
• Ensuring her well-being, safety, and daily routines.
• Proposing varied, stimulating activities appropriate for her age.
• Organizing outings, walks, games, and educational activities.
• Encouraging her autonomy and supporting her development.
• Preparing and providing her snacks and meals, as needed.
• Maintaining her hygiene and comfort.
• Keeping her belongings and spaces clean and organized.
• Communicating effectively with the parents to ensure continuity in her habits.

Desired Profile

The family is looking for a person who meets the following criteria:

• Confirmed experience with children around 2 years old, ideally as a nanny in private families.
• Flexibility to travel with the family.
• Dynamic, energetic, and naturally proactive.
• Gentle, warm, and attentive while stimulating a young child.
• Capable of taking initiative and proposing activities spontaneously.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and autonomous.
• Desiring to make this position a primary commitment while maintaining available time for the family.
• Very good level of English, ideally with excellent oral proficiency.
• Possession of a driving license is ideal, but not essential.

A reasonable use of the phone during care hours is expected to prioritize attentive presence and interaction with the child.

Flexibility & Travel

The family may occasionally invite the nanny to accompany them on trips, particularly to Italy or Chamonix, with prior organizational agreement.

A valid passport is desired for these trips. While having a driving license is advantageous, it is not essential, as the family can arrange transportation otherwise.
