POSITION: Founder’s Associate (100%)
We are seeking a highly ambitious, hard-working, and multi-talented individual to join us as a Founder’s Associate. This role will commence in St. Gallen for a duration of 24 months, with the potential for an expatriate assignment thereafter.
This unique opportunity comes with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Corporate & Governance: Involvement in board activities, legal matters, fundraising, meetings, and public affairs.
- Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Talent: Sourcing and recruiting top talent.
- Brand & Communication: Developing corporate and founder branding.
- Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
- Strategy: Contributing to the strategic vision of the company, analyzing markets and competitors, and producing business analyses.
- Operations: Managing business processes, acquisition and quality control of locals, and ensuring quality control on experiences.
ABOUT YOU
You possess a versatile mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO office team at LocalBini AG to ensure business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is ready to immerse themselves in a variety of tasks, some of which may seem "boring" yet are essential to our success.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, finance/VC, or a startup, or substantial experience in a political party.
- At least one international experience, such as a work mission or internship abroad.
- Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate proactively with various stakeholders within and outside of LocalBini.
- Business acumen to assess company-level impacts and make strategic decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory). Proficiency in a third language is a plus!
WE OFFER
This is a unique chance to become part of our team in St. Gallen, working on-site for a minimum of 24 months. Our compensation package includes a blend of cash and shares, with an initial cash salary of CHF 5,000 per month in the first year, which will increase as the business expands.
