JOIN OUR TEAM

We are currently seeking a Founder’s Associate (100%) to begin in St. Gallen for a period of 24 months, with the possibility of an expatriate mission thereafter.

This role is designed for highly ambitious, hard-working, and multi-talented individuals who excel at focusing on details while grasping the larger vision. This unique opportunity will entrust you with responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: Involvement in board matters, legal issues, fundraising, meetings, and public affairs.
  • Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Talent: Sourcing and recruiting new talent.
  • Brand & Communication: Managing corporate and founder branding efforts.
  • Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: Contributing to the company’s strategic vision, analyzing markets and competition, and building growth models.
  • Operations: Overseeing business processes, the acquisition of locals, and ensuring quality control of experiences.
  • Other: Addressing various people topics, knowledge management, and organizational issues.

ABOUT YOU

You possess an all-around mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO's office team at LocalBini AG. Your role will be crucial in ensuring business continuity and growth.

The ideal candidate is someone who is ready to work diligently on a variety of tasks—some of which may be routine but are vital for our success.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, finance/VC, a startup, or significant experience within a political party.
  • At least one international experience (e.g., work mission or internship abroad).
  • Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to work with limited guidance and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, adapting to varying topics.
  • Strong business sense, with a capacity to assess the best actions for the company, understanding product, commercial, and reputational excellence, and making sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory; a third language is a plus!

WE OFFER

A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months, with a competitive remuneration package including a combination of cash and equity. The cash component begins at CHF 5,000 per month in the first year and will increase as the business grows.
