Founder’s Associate (100%)

This role is designed for highly ambitious, diligent, and versatile individuals who can maintain focus on intricate details while appreciating the overall vision of the organization. This unique opportunity offers you responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: Involvement in board activities, legal matters, fundraising, meetings, and public affairs.
  • Growth: Support for marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Talent: Sourcing and recruiting talented individuals.
  • Brand & Communication: Development of corporate and founder's branding.
  • Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: Contributing to the company’s strategic vision, market analysis, competition screening, business analyses, and growth modeling.
  • Other: Engagement in various people, knowledge, and organizational topics.
  • Operations: Overseeing business processes, local acquisition, and quality control of both locals and experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You have a versatile mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO-office team of LocalBini AG to ensure business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is eager to work hard and tackle a diverse range of tasks, some of which may be routine yet vital.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, technology firms, finance/VC, startups, or extensive experience in a political party.
  • Experience in an international setting (e.g., work mission or study/internship abroad).
  • Strong social competence and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders across and outside of LocalBini.
  • A keen business sense to assess and prioritize initiatives for the company, ensuring cross-cutting impacts align with overall corporate goals. You should be able to make informed decisions amidst uncertainty.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

WE OFFER

A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months. The salary package consists of cash and shares, with the cash component starting at CHF 5,000 per month in the first year, increasing as the business grows.
