Key Responsibilities
- Planning, execution, evaluation, and documentation of verification and validation (V&V) tests for multifunctional devices.
- Design, improvement, and maintenance of test systems, including procurement, assembly, verification, automation, calibration, and monitoring of measurement equipment.
- Development and implementation of test strategies in accordance with current standards (e.g., MIL-STD, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Conducting system-level testing such as software testing, environmental testing (temperature, vibration, mechanical shock, etc.), and reconfirmation testing (internal and external).
- Close collaboration with Systems Engineering, Product Management, Development teams, and external laboratories.
- Preparation of technical documentation for testing and certification processes.
Our Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to think systemically, a hands-on approach, and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Experience in hardware/software/mechanical integration of ECUs.
- Experience in hardware/software testing, systems integration, and product validation.
- Knowledge of requirements management (IREB certification is a plus but not required).
- ISTQB certification is a plus; alternatively, practical experience in software and hardware testing.
- Knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Python, C#) and data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, ImageJ).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Jira.
- Familiarity with the V-model.
- Excellent command of German and English.
