Join Our Finance Team
Become an integral part of our finance team and help us uphold the financial health and transparency of our organization through precise reporting, insightful analysis, and dependable financial processes. In this role, you will take ownership of both daily accounting tasks and key controlling activities. Your responsibilities will range from processing transactions and maintaining financial records to budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Reliably execute various accounting tasks, including accounts payable (AP) processes, credit card expenses, and VAT declarations.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly and yearly financial closings.
- Actively participate in the budget and forecast process, performing regular follow-ups with other departments.
- Develop the financial controlling function, including cost centers and KPIs.
- Collaborate on various initiatives related to reporting, tools, compliance, and process improvements.
What You Bring
- An educational background in Accounting, Controlling, or Business Administration, along with at least 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills coupled with a hands-on mentality and a proactive, innovative approach.
- Comfortable using Abacus accounting software and related modules, as well as Power-BI.
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Prior experience in implementing a new ERP system is advantageous.
