YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Media Project Manager for Europe, reporting to the Head of Media and Client Campaigns, you will play a crucial role in executing the regional media strategy. You will lead the deployment of integrated media campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness, enhancing consumer engagement, and driving customer acquisition. In this pivotal position, you will collaborate closely with media experts across various European markets, specifically focusing on the Iberia market and another key market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Media Planning
    • Execute the media strategy for Europe, ensuring alignment with the Maison's global framework and local market ambitions.
    • Track annual planning across all media platforms, including Print, Out-of-Home (OOH), and Digital.
    • Oversee regional media planning campaigns, managing all stages from initial briefing to execution while monitoring, optimizing, reporting, and evaluating performance across both online and offline channels.
    • Manage the media budget, ensuring accurate allocation and year-end reconciliation.
  • Media Buying & Tracking
    • Collaborate with local media experts in European markets to ensure that both offline and online campaigns meet high professional standards and adhere to established guidelines while ensuring brand safety.
    • Share creative briefs and production assets via Picto and approve previews with the agency.
    • Monitor and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Agency Management & Team Collaboration
    • Manage daily interactions with the regional media agency, fostering a robust and collaborative partnership.
    • Establish clear objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the regional Mediacom team.
    • Conduct annual performance evaluations of the agency based on agreed missions, providing consistent feedback on operational effectiveness and service quality.
    • Cultivate community engagement among media experts in local markets, promoting the sharing of best practices.

PROFILE

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Communication.
  • 5-10 years of experience in media, with a strong focus on the luxury industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
  • Solid experience in budget ownership and cost control.
  • Expertise in SAP, Anaplan, BumbleBee, and DMR.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in French is a plus.
